Why have I not received my Welcome Packet?

You've been accepted to William James College but you have not received your Welcome Packet.

First, allow us to extend our CONGRATULATIONS! Now allow us to explain the process, below:

It usually takes about 2-3 business days to receive your welcome packet from the day your information is uploaded into our systems. This process will take place 14 business days after your payment was received by the admissions department.

If you have not received your Welcome Packet by the 14th business day payment was received, please email support@williamjames.edu or call 617-327-6777 ext 1600

Before emailing or calling, we ask that you check your "Junk Folder" and confirm it did not go there.
