Setup Email in Outlook

If you want to setup Outlook to view your college emails, follow the directions below.  If you need to download Office please see these instructions:

Installing Office 365

There are 2 types of setup instructions, 1. For someone who does not currently use Outlook to check any of their mail and 2. For people who are already using Outlook to check their mail for other accounts.

First Time Setup- I Don't currently use Outlook

When you launch outlook for the first time you will see this welcome screen.  Click Next

Select Yes, then Next

Enter your credentials

If you get an error message at this step it is usually because of an incorrect password.  Go back to the previous step and correct the password and try again.

Click Finish, and you are done!  Your account will show up as an additional mailbox in Outlook.

Already use Outlook with other accounts- Adding an account

Launch Outlook and Go to File, Add Account

Enter your account Credentials and click Next

When the account connects successfully it will ask you for your password again. Enter it and select Remember password

If you get an error message at this step it is usually because of an incorrect password.  Go back to the previous step and correct the password and try again.

Click Finish, and you are done!  Your account will show up as an additional mailbox in Outlook.
