On Wednesday, May 31st 2017 one of our providers, OneLogin reported a security incident in which some user data was compromised. Although we do not believe our data was compromised, as a safety measure we are requiring all users to change their WJC account password (the one you use for email).
By 6/2/17 all users will be prompted to change their passwords and will not be able to log into any WJC system until they do so. An emergency alert will be send out to the WJC community as well.
Using a school computer:
If you are using a school laptop/desktop you will be prompted to change your password at the logon screen once you have successfully logged in with your current password.
Using a Personal Computer:
Please visit login.williamjames.edu, and log in using your current password. Once you have successfully logged in you will be prompted to change your password.
If you are using the Outlook desktop client, please close the program and re-open it, you will be prompted to enter your new password.
