The William James College Support Ticketing system uses separate login credentials that may be different from your William James College email and MyCampus credentials.
When you submit a support request from the support site for the first time, you will receive an immediate email requesting that you verify your email address. In order for the Support team to receive your request when you submit it this way, you must verify your email address.
Once verified, you will be asked to Create an Account to See your Request History. From here you can create a password to sign into the William James College Support Ticket System.
