How do I access the training?
If you are a faculty or staff, you should have already received an email titled "Welcome to Security Awareness Training" which includes:
- your training account username,
- a temporary password, and
- instructions on how to access the training website.
If you need the email resent to you, just let us know by sending an email to email@example.com (or just submit a ticket request).

Why do I need to take this training?
For staffs and faculty, the training is mandatory once per year. The training is also available to students, as the training provides easy yet rich knowledge on how to prevent identity theft and cybercrime that may happens at personal life.
How long do I have to complete the training?
You will have 30 days to complete the training.
Why is this necessary?
Cybercrimes are as common as getting out of bed in the morning. It is your responsibility as an employee of MSPP to perform various safety practices and standards to protect the information and privacy of the institution. This training will teach and help you be aware of various types of risks, provide you knowledge to mitigate possible privacy or data breaches and keep you current of any safety risks both personally and professionally. Our current security policies and procedures will not work unless each of us does our part.
Do I have to do the training at work?
No. The online video training can be accessed anywhere via web. All you need is a computer and internet access.
How long is the training? Can I complete incrementally?
The entire training consists of multiple categories with one video per category. The videos itself in length are between 2 to 10 minutes long, and a small quiz follows each video. All the videos combined are just over one hour long. You don’t have to watch all the training videos at one time. You may stop at any time and start-up again when it is convenient for you.
We are only asking you to finish the entire training course within 30 days.
