Open Shared Mailbox in Office 365

1. Visit: OneLogin (https://wjc.onelogin.com)
2. Click the Outlook link to access your WJC email account
   
3. After logging into your account click your avatar icon at the top right corner.
   
4. Next click OPEN ANOTHER MAILBOX in the drop down menu
5. When prompted enter the name of the mailbox you want to access. (ex: Field Placement.)  You can also click "Search Directory" for a more detailed search.  Then click on the correct mailbox in the search result you wish to open.
   
   
   
6. Please NOTE - you can only open another mailbox that you have permissions to.  If you see an error, please make sure you have permission to access this mailbox.
