Open Shared Mailbox in Office 365

Log into your email on the web by going to

  1. Click on the picture of a person in the top right corner of the screen
  2. select Open another mailbox...

Type in the name of the mailbox and press Search Directory.

Select the mailbox you want to open.  The Mailbox will open in a new Tab.  

You can only open mailboxes which you have permission to open.
