Using your college username and password, you can now sign in to the support website to:
- Submit a support request
- Track your support requests
- Browse the support knowledgebase
- Access Quick Articles on Password Management, Wifi, Printers, and Email
To begin, click SIGN IN to log in using your username and password
To Track Your Support Requests:
- Click your profile icon on the upper-right side of your name, and then click My activities.
- By default, the page displays all requests that you have submitted.
To Browse The Support Knowledgebase:
- Click the KNOWLEDGEBASE tile on the support homepage
