Sign-in to Submit or Track Your Ticket Request

Using your college username and password, you can now sign in to the support website to:

  1. Submit a support request
  2. Track your support requests
  3. Browse the support knowledgebase
  4. Access Quick Articles on Password Management, Wifi, Printers, and Email

To begin, click SIGN IN to log in using your username and password

1. SUBMIT A SUPPORT REQUEST

To Submit a Support Requests:

  1. Click Submit a request at the top of the page.
  2. Next, enter a description of the problem
  3. Select the type (Question, Problem, Incident or Task)
  4. Add any attachments (If applicable)
  5. Click Submit

 

2. TRACK YOUR SUPPORT REQUESTS

To Track Your Support Requests:

  • Click your profile icon on the upper-right side of your name, and then click My activities.
  • By default, the page displays all requests that you have submitted.

3. BROWSE THE SUPPORT KNOWLEDGEBASE

To Browse The Support Knowledgebase:

  1. Click the KNOWLEDGEBASE tile on the support homepage

BUT WAIT... I CAN'T SIGN-IN!!
