Disappearing emails? - Read this

If you have experienced “disappearing emails" then this email is for you!

We recently noticed an issue specific to Samsung android devices and users who are using the Samsung email application with their school accounts. The Samsung email application has an additional layer of filtering in an attempt to filter out junk email.

What happens is the mail application creates a new folder within Outlook called, “Unwanted” and moves suspect emails to this folder on your behalf. The problem is that sometimes it moves relevant emails to this folder by mistake. To correct this behavior please see the detailed instructions HERE.
