It is CRUCIAL that you DO NOT attempt to move the dividers in any room yourself.
Moving the room dividers yourself can potentially cause thousands of dollars in damage and potential injury.
You should dial Ext. 1111 as soon as possible to advise them about your event, so Facilities can get the room ready for you.
