Recording a Zoom Meeting

There are two ways to record a Zoom meeting:

When you set up the meeting, you can set it up so that it records automatically: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/202921119-Automatic-Recording 

OR 

Even if you do not set up the meeting to automatically record,  you can turn the recording on or off at any point during the Zoom call: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362473-Local-Recording#h_2b0b123c-d9e9-48bc-b0c6-3cd874ebc98a 

If you want your recording to be added to VidGrid, you would follow the instructions above. However, instead of selecting to store the video on the local computer, you would select "on the cloud." All other instructions will remain the same. 

You should always store Zoom recordings on your local computer UNLESS you want the video to be added to VidGrid.

If you record on the cloud, please note that all recordings are deleted from Zoom after 30 days. If they have been added to VidGrid, they will NOT be deleted there.
