Go To Assist Mac troubleshooting

  1. In the top left corner of the desktop, click the Apple icon.
  2. Select System Preferences ->Click Security & Privacy -> Click the Privacy tab
  3. Click Unlock, and enter your credentials. Then making the following changes 
  • click Accessibility, and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteSupport box is checked:accessibility.png
    •  Click Screen Recording, and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteSupport box is checked:screen-recording.png
    • Finally click Full Disk Access and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteSupport box is checked as well
