- In the top left corner of the desktop, click the Apple icon.
- Select System Preferences ->Click Security & Privacy -> Click the Privacy tab
- Click Unlock, and enter your credentials. Then making the following changes
- click Accessibility, and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteCustomer box is checked:
If you do not see GoToAssistRemoteCustomer click the plus (+), find it in your applications folder and add it.
- Click Screen Recording, and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteCustomer box is checked:
If you do not see GoToAssistRemoteCustomer click the plus (+), find it in your applications folder and add it.
- Finally click Full Disk Access and make sure the GoToAssistRemoteCustomer box is checked as well
- If you do not see GoToAssistRemoteCustomer click the plus (+), find it in your applications folder and add it.
